These are a few of my favourite things.
June 16, 2009
Today, i thought i’d share with you a few of my favourite things.
The Pink rose blush is from Body Shop and is probably one of my most recent buys. i immediately found it very creative and i love it. My guitar is another thing I can’t live without. Music in general! as long as i have my guitar (and a book) i can survive.

More Body Shop!
… the stuff below live in my bag that i carry around everyday. Bodyshop Rougeberry perfume and (bodyshop) lip treatment gloss, along with my ribboned band from accessorize.

Burberry Bear- who is called Christopher Bailey- sits atop me and my sister’s (we’re SORT of sharing) vintage Burberry tote we found recently. Christopher Bailey bear came as a free gift when we bought the Burberry ‘London’ perfumer for my brother. weeeellll… actually, the bear was the reason we bought the perfume.

and then my perfumes. i Adore perfumes. with me at the moment are ‘Touch of Pink’ by Lacoste , Davidoff ‘Cool Waters’, Body Shop ‘Rougeberry’ and Britney Spears ‘Curious’. My favourite is, however, Stella McCartney’s ‘Stella in two peony’ which is not here. its in a place. far, far away. m home away from home, which i am TOtaLLy missing. the other perfume featured is ‘Island Kiss’ by Escada. Its finished but it has remained a favourite with me.

The Shoes i can’t live without. Its old and its worn out. Nothing will ever beat my Chuck Taylors. i Think?

these are are few of my favourite books. they make the stage of what lives inside my bag. These days, my bag is close to empty. i work from 10:30 to 4:00pm sitting in the basement so i don’t really need anything except my ipod, a book to read, my external drive, my Paddington bear pouch holding all the visiting cards and other important cards, the Body Shop essentials and a pair of clips to swing away my hair.
Few of my favourite books::
“Witch of Portobello” – Paulo Coelho.
“Maya” – Jostein Gaarder.
“The Winner Stands Alone” – Paulo Coelho.
“Sophie’s World” – Jostein Gaarder.
“The Time Traveler’s Wife” – Audrey Niffenegger.
“Agony and the Ecstasy” – Irving Stone.
“Loving Roger” – Tim Parks.
“Some Prefer Nettles” – Jun’ichirō Tanizaki.
“The Remains of The Day” – Kazuo Ishiguro.
like i said, these are just a few. i’ll make a whole list of ALL my favourite books one day.

A Closer look at the book i am currently reading – “England, England” by Julian Barnes. and THE ipod who helps me survive. each passing, boring day.
